I purchased this to install a Red Dot to my Century Arms UC-9 Carbine. It works perfectly. Drill the appropriate holes (difficulty depends on the hardening of the the Cover) and it fits like a glove.

Great addition

Purchased this to add to my vector full size uzi. Its a well thought out design, and allows the use of a red dot on a firearm that was never designed to have an optic. The installation was pretty simple, use the included template, drill the appropriate holes to allow the plate to protrude through the cover, add loctite to the bolts threads and tighten it down. Works well many micro dots. I have not had a chance to fire it yet, but I'm sure it will not disappoint. Would recommend.

Works great to add a red dot on the top cover. Make sure you use a drill press and a vise. Also, start with the actual size drill bit. Do not use a small bit to try and make a starter hole. The Uzi top covers a incredibly hard, so be aware of that. The red dot holds zero with no change in poi with this set up. I was able to hit 3 inches plates at 50 yards with ease.
